You will get more insight.

This week, I got two chats from my WhatsApp friends who want to resign. They told me they got an offer from another company and wanted to discuss it with me. I was confused when I got two chats this week. I felt like I didn't know many things or experience.

For your information, I started my career before I graduated. I got pretty much experience before graduating with the internships program. But I still started my professional work after I graduated, so basically, my friends and I share the same experience.

The other thing that makes me different is that this is my third job for two and a half years after graduating. Meanwhile, my friends don't have the experience of moving to another company. I think that's why they want to discuss it with me.

I gave them as much information as I could. Like, how to sell yourself so you can make a rise through your negotiation salary, what other things need to consider for the benefits, and so on.

And today, my friend said to me that she thanked me because I could give her new insight. And I realized that when I moved to my previous company, I didn't do that. I just kept it with myself and did everything on my own.

I realized my mistake. While talking with friends means you will get a new insight that can help you make a decision. I hope I did that when I got an offer because then I can make a good decision, like a negotiation or the other benefits.

I know that not all people can talk to friends about something too crucial, but I hope you speak to your close friend that you believe will support you. I spoke with my parents, but they were not helping me with the decision. I inform them that I will move from one company to another company and that's it.

So, I hope you guys can talk to your friend and get a new insight. Cheers!
